Auspicious Endeavors is a privately held investment company that focuses on the acquisition and management of value-add multifamily properties. We specialize in repositioning well located assets in emerging markets to protect investor capital and provide high yield returns.

Our core mission of protecting our investment partners’ capital begins with our sole focus on multifamily properties. The firm’s strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Within multifamily, Class B & C provides one of the most attractive investment opportunities due to the imbalance between the strong and growing demand and limited new supply of these units.

Matthew Pizzagoni

Managing Partner

Matthew Pizzagoni is a managing partner and co-founder of Auspicious Endeavors LLC, a multifamily real estate investment company.

Matthew worked in the restaurant Industry for over 20 years. He has a natural ability to provide excellent service and keen attention to detail. He has developed skills and strategies to manage time efficiently, prioritize and multi-task, and maximize the value offered to his clients and go above and beyond expectations. During his time in that industry he saw the significance being of service to others could have for them and the value it returned.

Matthew is always looking for new opportunities for improvement and growth. He brings that quality to his business and investors by continously seeking learning experiences, partnering with successful entrepreneurs, reframing challenges as opportunities, and finding value in solving problems.

Inspired by those who have created wealth in real estate investing he emulates the successful strategies of the mentors he keeps and utlizes growth mindset to support his desire to be of service to his family and community.

Mary Wellhausen

Managing Partner

Mary Wellhausen is a managing partner and co-founder of Auspicious Endeavors LLC, a multifamily real estate investment company.

She is a lifelong athlete having competed internationally representing her native country Venezuela with the National Synchronized Swimming Team from age 11 until age 23. Her athletic career imprinted a desire for success, excellence and intrinsic discipline to achieve her goals.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Nutrition and an AA in Restaurant Management in 2012. After multiple years of apprenticeships and work in the restaurant industry her passion for health sustainable eating habits and cooking, have brought massive value to her family whom she loves to serve.

For the past 4 years Mary has been helping mothers recover after childbirth as a Postpartum Doula. With her culinary skills, coaching skills and knowledge base on newborn care and mother’s health she is able to make a big impact in the lives of many parents.

Mary is a mother to 3 wonderful children whom she homeschools. Through her roles of parent, teacher and mentor she has strengthened her ability to plan , multi task and execute a variety of tasks to completion . Mary brings these transferable skills to the table in her multifamily real estate investment business and chooses to continue her education and surround herself with successful entrepreneurs and business leaders in the field.
